Let God lead you!!

Writer: Crystal TorresCrystal Torres

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall [a]direct your paths.

I am a firm believer that the Lord directs the steps of the godly. Every day we have decisions we have to make. But whatever decision we make, we can be sure that if we put God first, we will make the right one. Sometimes we tend to stray off to the left when God is telling us to go right. We have to realize that God knows exactly what He is doing and where He is taking us. He will never lead us in the wrong direction. And one thing we have, is the freedom to choose which route we want to take. Sometimes God’s route may seem longer, but it’s the best one. And you can be sure that wherever God leads you, He is able to keep you. If you are walking according to the word of God, then you can rest assured that you will inherit every blessing and promise that God has for you? One reason God directs our steps is because He delights in every intricate detail of our lives! But sometimes obstacles or circumstances will try to trip us. But if we are following Jesus and trusting Him to guide us, we may stumble, but we won't fall. And by letting God determine our steps we are heading towards abundance. But don’t worry about making wrong decisions, just trust in the Lord and He will direct your steps. Obedience and trust in the Lord is what brought me out victoriously. But only when I realized that Jesus’ route was way better than mine! And my walk was much easier than I expected, because I walked by faith and trusted in Jesus. Are you willing to do things God's way even when His way doesn’t seem to make sense? Then by living a surrendered life and laying down our own fleshly desires to follow the path that God has for us is a start to living VICTORIOUSLY! Nugget for the week: Oftentimes, God will use what we have been through as a steppingstone to prepare us for what He has in store for us next.
