It's time for a change!

Ecclesiastes 3:1 To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

Have you ever said to yourself, “I think it’s time for a change!” I know I have and many times in my life. Do you know that sometimes changing our routine can change our perspective and it can also force us out of a dull and boring life that we didn’t even know we had?

I remember even talking to myself on the way home in my car one day saying… “I don’t want to be like others, I want to be what others want to be. I’m tired of living a mediocre life. I want to be a BRAVE, FEARLESS, and a FAITHFUL Woman of God. That’s who I want to be. No more settling for a mediocre life, I thought! No more mediocre me!”

You see by changing our course in life often, God can reveal things to us what we couldn’t see from our old perspective. By changing course, it can help us see others who may need our help who wasn’t in our way before we made the change. You see brave was something I never was, fearless was something I never thought I could be, and faithful was something I so lacked and it was up to me to make a change. I had to have an enough is enough attitude for me to have made a change in my life that day. And I did!

Today choose to keep your life fresh and exciting by changing your routine up a little more often than usual. Maybe, you can go a different route to work, or choose a different coffee shop, or try a different grocery store. You never know, God may have someone lined up that only you could help and you never know whose life you can touch, or how your life can change. Tell yourself today, “No more settling for a mediocre life…No more mediocre me!”
