God Turned It!
Genesis 50:20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.
For many, getting out of bed in the mornings can be a struggle-but for some it’s like the most refreshing part of their day. For me, I love mornings! There is something about mornings that puts a leap in my spirit. It’s like a breath of fresh air. Ahhhhh! But don’t get me wrong, not every morning is a beautiful sunrise. I have had my share of yucky mornings.
One morning, my alarm clock goes off, and something did not feel right that morning. My eyes felt so heavy that I could barely keep them open. Then flashes quickly passed through my mind of what I had just experienced the day before, but I thought it was all a dream. I pleaded with the Lord… “Please Lord, let this all be a dream.” My eyes were bloodshot red and I still had tears trapped in my eyelids. The day before I had just found out that my ex-husband was being unfaithful to me and it wasn’t the first time either. I couldn’t believe it! My life crumbled right before my eyes and I didn’t know how to put it back together again.
My phone beeps and it was my “verse of the day”. Genesis 50:20 displayed on my phone. This scripture literally saved my life, and I just knew that God was not finished with me yet. I knew that what the enemy meant for bad God was going to turn around for my good and His glory. And He did! We were divorced after 10 years, which was devastating, but today I am married to an awesome man who loves me unconditionally and has never hurt or mistreated me in any way. When I say that God has a plan for your bad, my friend, I mean it! I’m proof! Whatever you are going through today, just know that God is about to turn it all around for you!
